Compare →How to use these comparisons
Start with the deal, not the product. A distressed house you will sell in months points at fix-and-flip financing. A rental that already cash-flows points at a DSCR loan. A property in between — bought fast, needs work, will be rented — often uses bridge financing now and refinances into DSCR once the tenant is in place. If you are not sure which lane your deal is in, send it over and we will tell you.
