Hard Money Bot is a mortgage broker. We arrange business-purpose financing with wholesale lenders. We are not a lender. Nothing on this site is an offer to lend, a commitment to lend, or a lock of any term. All loans are subject to underwriting and lender/investor approval, and terms change with the lender, the property and the market.
Education, not advice
Content on this site — guides, comparisons, calculators, market pages — is general education about investor financing. It is not legal, tax, insurance or investment advice, and it does not account for your specific situation. Calculators are estimating tools, not underwriting. Business purpose only
We arrange financing for non-owner-occupied investment property for business purposes only — not for personal, family or household use, and not for primary residences. If you submit a request for owner-occupied property, we will decline it.
Deal submissions
